When will I receive a replacement if I ask for one?
To find out the status of your replacement, go to My Orders.
The replacement item is often provided to you when you pick up the item. The replacement is started after the first delivered item is picked up at all other locations. For further information, please see the SMS and email we sent you in response to your replacement request.
What goods are exempt from returns?
Just three categories that are not eligible for returns are on our current shortlist. Food products, groceries, and foods
Beyond the term specified in the seller’s returns policy, may things still be returned?
No, following the time frame specified in the seller’s returns policy, sellers will not be able to accept returns.
When I return a purchase, do I also have to return the free gift?
Yes, the complimentary item must be returned with the merchandise.
How are returns handled?
By following these easy steps, you may submit a request to have your products returned:

Access My Orders
From the drop-down menu, choose “Return” to return or exchange an item.
Request a return by filling out the form and sending it.
When you submit a request, you’ll receive an email and SMS verifying its processing. Your request could be automatically granted depending on the item, or you might be asked for further information. If your request is granted, the item will be picked up and either be replaced or refunded to you. Under the “My Orders” area of your Lab Wale account, you can also directly monitor the progress of your return request.
I can see the “Cancel” option, but I am unable to choose it. Why?
Any of the following may be the case if the “Cancel” button is disabled and grayed out:
The product has already been delivered OR
The purchase is not returnable (e.g. Gift Card)
